Returns Policy

Criteria for Returns Acceptance

EWEL offers a 30-day return* on all products purchased excluding:

  • special order (made to order or non-stock) goods
  • clearance goods
  • on sale goods
  • breakers shipped as pre-installed.

All returned products must be resaleable, in original purchase condition/packaging AND accompanied by proof of purchase.

All returned goods must be accompanied by an EWEL Return Goods Authorization (RGA) form.

All returned goods are subject to inspection, and clearly indicate RGA/invoice/purchase order number (if applicable) on packages and return waybill.

The method of refund will be determined by EWEL (Cash, credit on account, credit card, etc).

The manufacturer sourced for exchanged goods is chosen by EWEL and pricing may be amended.

The customer agrees to restocking fees when applicable; and is liable for all direct/indirect costs and losses arising from any such return.

Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. All returns are at your expense and choice of carrier. You may also return to EWEL branch (see In-Branch returns).

In-Branch Returns:

To return the product at the branch, you can visit one of our locations between 8am-3:30pm, Monday – Friday:
  1. EWEL Store Visit:
  2. Verification at Branch: The returned product must be accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt, invoice, etc.). Branch personnel will verify the item's condition and purchase details to facilitate the return. If the item meets return criteria, you will receive refund from one of our EWEL team members.

Shipped Returns:

  1. RGA Request: If you wish to ship the product, please fill out the Return Goods Authorization (RGA) Request form, attach a detailed photo of the product, and send it to [email protected].
  2. Customer Return Shipment: Upon receipt of the RGA and picture of product packaging, we (EWEL) will review the request. If the return meets the criteria, EWEL issues an RGA number.
  3. Item Inspection: Please, ship the item along with the RGA number and proof of purchase to the designated return address.
  4. Refund/Exchange Decision: Upon receiving the returned item, EWEL inspects it for compliance with the return policy and product condition. If the item meets the return conditions, EWEL processes the return.
