ABB ReliaGear Merchandised Panelboards are commercial panelboards sold as separate components for quick delivery and installation flexibility. A complete panel consists of the following:

• Panel interior & deadfront assembly
• Panel box tub
• Panel trim
• Main breaker kit OR main lug kit (Required - interiors do not have main lugs or main breaker capacity out of the box)
• Ground kits

• Accepts ABB THQB bolt in breakers only
• Symmetrical design allows top or bottom feed with main breaker or main lugs
• Tmax® XT and FORMULA A2 circuit breakers now offered with thermal magnetic and EKIP DIP trip units for reliable performance
• Full-panel height neutral bar connections for point-of-ease installations and simplified wiring
• Field installable kits allow you to shift gears on the fly
• All panels are convertible between main lugs or main breaker
• ReliaGear Merchandised Lighting panels have the capability of adding sub-feed breakers or feed-thru lugs in the field
• Reversible interior - No need to specify top or bottom feed
• Main bus ratings of 225A, and 400A available for main lug (Up to 250A, and 400A main breaker)
• 400 A main lug offering or lower sub-feeds at 400 A
• 100–400 A available
• 208Y/120V AC 3-phase, 600Y/347V AC 3-phase and 240V AC 1-phase
• NEMA 1 or 3R enclosures available
